Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take to EU countries?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Germany DE – 3-5 business days
- Spain Es – 3-5 business days
- Poland PL – 3-5 business days
- Other EU countries – 5-10 business days
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over EUR 39.9 shipped within the EU. Orders under EUR 50 have a fat shipping fee ofEUR 9.90.
From which warehouses do you ship?
We have 3 EU warehouses. Germany (DE, Spain (ES), and Poland (PL. Your order is automatically routed to the nearest warehouse forthe fastest delivery – no import duties, no customs delays.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. All our products are shipped from EU warehouses, so there are zero customs duties or import taxes for EU customers. The price
you see at checkout is the final price.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do you offer?
All KuKirin scooters come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, battery, and controller. Thiscomplies with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2019/771).
What's your return policy?
You can return your scooter within 14 days of delivery for a fullrefund -no questions asked. The scooter must be in original conditionwith all accessories. Return shipping is free within the EU.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Simply contact our support team via the Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. We typically respondwithin 24 hours and will arrange a repair or replacement.
What is NOT covered by warranty?
Normal wear -and-tear items (tires brake pads, inner tubes), damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications, water damage, and
cosmetic scratches are not covered. See our full warranty terms on the User Manuals page.
Maintenance & Care
How often should I check tire pressure?
Check tire pressure every 2 weeks. Recommended pressure: 35-40 PSI (2.4-2.8 bar) for street use, 30-35 PSI for off-road. Low tire
pressure significantly reduces range and damages tires over time.
What's the proper battery charging routine?
- Charge after every ride – no need to fully drain
- Use only the original charger provided
- Avoid charging in extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 40°C)
- If storing for >1 month, keep battery at 50-60% charge
How do I replace brake pads?
Visit our Spare Parts page for a step-by- step video guide and replacement kits. Brake pads typicaly last 500-1000 km depending on
riding style. You’ll need a 5mm hex wrench (included with your scooter).
Is the scooter waterproof?
Most KuKirin scooters are rated IP54,splash-resistant, not waterproof Avoid riding through deep puddles, heay rain, or pressurewashing. If caught in rain, dry the scooter with a cloth and let it air-dry before charging.

How often should I check tire pressure?
The main differences: G2 Max has a 1000W motor (vs 60oW, 80km range (s 5Skm), and dual suspension. G2 Pro is lighter (22kg Vs26kg) and more affordable (EUR 479 vs EUR 649). For daily commuting G2 Pro. For weekend rides and hills – G2 Max.
Do I need a driving license for EU use?
It depends on the model and country:
- G2 Pro ABE version – 20km/h limit, no license needed in Germany
- G2 Max DGT version – certified for Spain, check local regulation
- Other models -private property use only in most EU countries. Always check your local e-scooter laws
What certifications do your scooters have?
All models are CE certified. Select models also have ABE (Germany) and DGT (Spain) road-legal certifications. Certification documents
are available on the User Manuals page.
What's the maximum rider weight?
- G2/G2 Pro-120kg (265 lbs)
- G2 Max –120kg (265 lbs)
- G2 Ultra-150kg (330 lbs)

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Klarna (Pay Later /Slice It, PayPal, SEPA Bank Transfer Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely
via SSL encryption.
Can I pay with Klarna?
Yes! Klarna is available for EU customers. Choose “Pay Later” (pay 30 days after delivery) or “Slice It” (split into 3-12 monthlyinstallments). Available for orders up to EUR 1,500.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and all payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Kara). We
never store your credit card details.
