FAQS
Ask Us Anything
The G2 Pro is rated for 45 km/h with a claimed range of 58 km from a 48V 15Ah battery — roughly 720 Wh. The claim assumes a 75 kg rider, flat ground and a moderate speed level. In practice, a 75 kg rider on mixed city streets with stops and gentle gradients should expect 43–49 km, and continuous riding near 45 km/h pulls that down to about 38 km. The 600W single motor is tuned for smooth, quiet delivery rather than aggression, which suits commuting. Charging takes 7–8 hours from empty with the 54.6V 2A charger. Because 45 km/h exceeds EU road limits, the G2 Pro is intended for private land and off-road use.
The G2 Pro is rated for gradients up to 19° with its 600W motor. That covers everyday urban inclines, bridge ramps and short steep driveways, but it is not a hill-climbing machine: on a sustained 19° slope a 75 kg rider will feel the scooter slow to walking pace and the motor work hard. Two factors dominate real-world climbing — rider weight and entry speed. Carrying momentum into a slope makes a noticeable difference compared with starting from a standstill. If hills above 19° or repeated climbs form part of your route, step up to a dual-motor model such as the G2 Ultra (26°) or G2 Master (28°), which keep speed far more comfortably.
A full charge takes 7–8 hours with the supplied 54.6V 2A charger, which fits an overnight routine. The 48V 15Ah pack holds about 720 Wh. Three habits extend its life. Charge before the battery falls below 20% instead of running it flat. If you ride short distances daily, stop at 80–90% rather than holding 100% for days, and charge fully only before a longer trip. Store the scooter cool and dry — a hot car or an unheated shed over winter damages lithium cells faster than regular riding. If you store it for a season, leave the pack around 50–60% rather than full or empty.
The G2 Pro has a maximum load of 120 kg. Rider weight changes performance in three measurable ways. Acceleration and hill climbing soften first, because the 600W motor has less headroom than the 800W unit in the G2. Range drops next: moving from 75 kg to 100 kg typically costs 10–15% of real-world range, so a realistic 46 km becomes roughly 40 km. Braking distances lengthen last, which matters most on wet surfaces. The G2 Pro rides on 9-inch vacuum tyres — lighter and more compact than the 10-inch setup on the G2, but slightly less forgiving over kerbs and cobbles. Riders over 100 kg who want more margin should look at the G2 Max.
Spare parts for the G2 Pro ship from our EU warehouse: tyres, brake pads, chargers, controllers and mudguards are stocked. At a 1,000 km check, four items matter. Brake pads and discs wear fastest in wet or gritty conditions. Tyre pressure should be checked monthly — under-inflation wears the sidewall and costs range. The folding mechanism and stem fasteners should be re-torqued every 200–300 km. And the charging port should be inspected after any wet ride, since moisture there is the most common cause of charging faults. Step-by-step repair videos are in our resource centre.
