\u00a0 At KuKirinX, we strive to ensure the highest quality for every product, which undergoes a series of thorough inspections before being shipped out. If a product fails to meet your expectations, please contact us directly so we can assist you. For products purchased through other sales channels, please contact the original purchase channel as a first priority.<\/p>

We offer a 12-month standard base warranty<\/b> (with options for extended 24-month coverage) against defects in workmanship and\/or materials from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, we are responsible for troubleshooting, offering free repair services, or sending replacement parts to fix issues. This warranty does not<\/b> cover issues caused by personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., riding in wet conditions exceeding depth limits, dropping the scooter, etc.).<\/p>

1. Warranty Solutions<\/h4>

When a valid warranty claim is verified, KuKirinX offers the following solutions:<\/p>

  • We will ship replacement parts by regular mail and guide you through the repair with instructions.<\/p><\/li>

  • We will exchange scooters that arrive faulty due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within 7 days<\/b> from the date of delivery.<\/p><\/li>

  • We will exchange defective accessories with functionally equivalent parts that match the original performance and reliability.<\/p><\/li>

  • For customers located in European Union countries, we provide repair and maintenance services if issues cannot be diagnosed and resolved remotely by phone or email.<\/p><\/li>

  • In the above covered cases, KuKirinX covers the repair labor fees and shipping costs with no additional charges to the customer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions<\/h4>

    • The KuKirinX Limited Warranty is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable<\/b>. Products purchased second-hand, in used condition, or from unauthorized channels are not covered.<\/p><\/li>

    • Wear parts\u2014such as inner tubes, tires, brake discs, pads, and fenders\u2014are covered by a 14-day warranty<\/b> from the receipt date.<\/p><\/li>

    • All repairs (labor fees) and parts will be chargeable if outside the warranty scope or period, and the customer will be liable for both inward and return freight charges.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)<\/h4>

      KuKirinX warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:<\/p>

      1. Personal Behaviors & Unauthorized Modifications:<\/b> Any alterations, modifications, or repair attempts by unauthorized personnel.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Misuse & Non-Compliance:<\/b> Use contrary to the provided user manual instructions, guidelines, or intended purpose.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Accidents & External Factors:<\/b> Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, atmospheric conditions, or external events beyond our control.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Neglect & Improper Maintenance:<\/b> Failure to properly care for and maintain the product.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Environmental Conditions & Water Damage:<\/b> Faults caused by dirt, impurities, or water. Specifically, driving through a body of water with a depth greater than 4 cm<\/b> or riding heavily in the rain.<\/p><\/li>

      6. Identification Tampering:<\/b> Product serial numbers, codes, or security marks that are deleted, altered, or illegible.<\/p><\/li>

      7. Improper Handling & Transport:<\/b> Damage caused by improper handling, storage (leading to natural corrosion\/condensation), or transport by the buyer.<\/p><\/li>

      8. Loss, Theft, or Complimentary Items:<\/b> Products obtained for free, as complimentary items, or reported lost\/stolen.<\/p><\/li>

      9. Lack of Proof of Purchase:<\/b> Inability by the buyer to provide adequate proof of purchase.<\/p><\/li>

      10. Unsupported Software:<\/b> Installation of unauthorized or unsupported software\/firmware.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        5. Limitation of Liability<\/h4>

        Your use of our products is at your own risk. KuKirinX shall not be liable in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for damage or loss of other property, loss of profits, revenue, or incidental\/consequential damages. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the goods.<\/p>
